Help Us Improve As Your Residential Construction Contractor!

We needed our home repainted over the weekend. This residential construction contractor was incredibly accommodating with our tight schedule. They used low-VOC paint so there wasn't a harsh smell when we arrived Monday. The lines are crisp and the whole space feels amazing.

After seeing how great my neighbor's house looked, I decided to hire this local construction company to replace our old, faded vinyl siding. They had a huge selection of colors, and the crew worked really fast even with the humidity we've been having. They even fixed a small trim issue around my front door that I hadn't even noticed. My house looks like a completely different place now and several people on the block have already asked for their number.

I just moved here from Washington. However, the place needed some work. Thankful that this company offers more than just general construction services. They went as far as improving the look of my place to match what I really wanted.

I had a weirdly shaped nook in my mudroom and wanted some custom built-in cubbies for all our coats and boots. I'm so glad I found a construction specialist who actually listened to what I wanted instead of trying to sell me a pre-made kit. The woodwork is beautiful and fits the space perfectly. It's made our morning routine so much less chaotic now that everything has its own designated spot. I'm already planning on having them back to help with a shelving unit in the garage next month.

I've used these guys for a few things now, mostly small stuff like hanging heavy mirrors or fixing doors that don't latch. Their knowledge of general construction is broad enough that I feel comfortable calling them for just about anything that breaks. They always show up on time, wear boot covers, and explain exactly what the fix involves before they start. It's hard to find that kind of reliability lately, and I really appreciate the honest pricing.

 

 

Our backyard deck was starting to rot near the stairs, and I was worried someone was going to fall through. I reached out for some construction services to see if it could be saved. The guy who came out was super honest and said we only needed to swap out a few boards. It feels much sturdier now.

Berper construction was speedy, thorough and professional. I would hire them again and will again for additional jobs. my new fence looks great.

Gerry took on a second job for me : cleaning muy roof and gutters. He did a fantastic job. He spent two days on cleaning my roof. As a final touch he cleaned each shingle by hand. He took care not th to damage any shingles by using a brush to brush off the moss by hand. The final touch was it looked as good as new. He also did an exceptional job on the gutters also doing them by hand with cleaning rags . Overall I am very impressed and exceptionally pleased by the work he did and the price he gave me. You can’t go wrong with Gerry excellent work at a better than fair price.!!

Gerry was the consummate contractor. From the estimate to cleanup Gerry was extremely professional. The quote was lower than all the other contractors. I consulted ! The job was well done, done quickly and professionally. I found Gerry very easy to deal with. Gerry explained his approach and discussed all facets of the repair with me.

Geraldo came to our rescue when our front door wouldn't open, and the dead bolt was TU.
He took apart the doorknob, cleaned and returned it to working order. He replaced the dead bolt with a new one and would not stop until the job was done. Good solid work, I definitely would call him for almost any job in the future.

This is the second time that we have used Berper Construction. We had some plumbing pipes exposed under the eves of the house and they needed to be insulated and sealed up before the winter. Gerry and team came in and had the job done quickly and efficiently. Very tidy work. When I asked for the fascia boards on the house to be re-done. Not only were they painted, but they were sanded and caulked before the final application. The entire job was done quickly and most of all affordably. I could not ask for a better carpenter to call. I surely will use Gerry again.

I connected with Gerry for a wood floor repair, and he visited and completed the repair on the same day at a very reasonable price. I will definitely reach out to Gerry for future projects.

The house had several eves that were wide open in spots to possibly allow rodents and wasps to make a home. Berper LLC came to the rescue. They did a fantastic job replacing all of rot out with fresh materials and tied everything together nicely. Berper was courteous, on time as scheduled and reasonably priced. I would definetely use them again.
